We eventually got our delivery which is an excellent product ...exactly what we wanted.
However ... XDP the courier company did not do a good job. We had two or three notifications saying that they were unable to find our house. It was impossible to connect with them by phone or by the app.. which didn't work... so I ended up emailing them and Roseland. A week later it arrived and the delivery driver said he had had no problem finding our house. In addition Roseland were doing work on their phone line so we couldn't phone them either.
