I purchased a bookcase. It was good value. I was very pleased with it and it has been much admired. It would have been a five star review had it not been for the delivery. I got no notice of the day, let alone a window of hours. I was not going to be in and tried to stop it but was told it was too late it was already on the road. I got a call from the delivery chap who had left it in my porch. I had come rushing home to try and be there and was almost home so I didn't complain. Luckily a neighbour happened to see it and took it in for me. That was all a bit nerve racking and rather puts me off buying anything else.
