5* furniture, 1* customer service
I bought the furniture in advance of moving house and had the items delivered to my old address. The items were very securely packaged and I asked Roseland if I could delay inspecting the furniture until I had taken to my new property (due to CV this was 3 weeks away), but they said ‘No’! The service I received was delayed (2-3 days to respond to my email - there is seemingly no tel number), impersonal (no names were given) and inflexible. The product was good and they should have move confidence in it and their packaging. If i had had a problem with the goods I worry about how any complaints would have been handled.
