It’s hard to have anything bad to say about the service as my piece turned up a few weeks after ordering and I absolutely LOVE it!!!
However... the fact that the phone lines are disabled and it takes 48 hours for anyone to reply to your E-Mail is concerning and I really hope this changes when Covid eases and people can be back in offices. I would be reluctant to order again (at the moment) due to living on an island and having to sort out alternative delivery. Once phone lines are up and running and if I lived on the mainland I would order again no bother at all!!
