My original order was unfortunately damaged when it arrived and although I received a quick response from Roseland Furniture when I sent a photo as requested on their website, I felt the returns process was slightly long winded as I then had to complete and online form and had to wait for a further reply regarding a replacement. It would be quicker if they included all the details regarding returns on the website. I also didn’t receive any prior email notification from the courier companies they use regarding delivery and collection of my damaged unit so hadn’t arranged for the unit to be left in a safe place. It would have been useful to have been able to speak to a member of their customer service team regarding arranging collection of the original unit instead of just email correspondence.
