I am not happy with the service that I have received from Roseland furniture. I ordered some furniture in September and only received the full order last week, April. I understand the delay and this of been impacted by Covid, however, they did not contact me, I had to keep contacting them for an update. They did email in March to inform that there is going to further delay and offered a couple of options, however then quite a number of days to respond to my decision. They offered money back on the Items which I accepted, however, it then took a further 3 emails as I had not received this refund: I am happy with the furniture but will not be ordering from them again.
