I have no problem with the furniture, however I do a have a major problem with the courier service.
I was not informed of a delivery date or time. Consequently I arrived home to find the item outside my front door. No delivery note, no explanation. I live in a upstairs flat, so It was impossible for me to get the item in. I had to ask 2 neighbours for help. Totally unacceptable.
