I ordered a sideboard that arrived damaged. It was evident as soon as I opened the box so resealed it & email for a replacement. The most annoying thing is that you can’t speak to anyone, Roseland furniture love to fire back an email saying ‘do not reply to the email’ - even when I’ve replied to the person that wrote to me! Another delivery arrived which they couldn’t find on the van BECAUSE IT WAS A COLLECTION!!!! The damaged sideboard is still in my house & I’ve now also cancelled the replacement. SORT IT OUT ROSELAND!
