The sideboard we ordered had a badly scratched top so we refused delivery (the delivery company were brilliant, though). Sadly the experience with customer service has not been great at all. We had no contact off them afterwards, and we have had to chase them several times instead to see what's happening - and now almost two weeks later are still awaiting news about when the replacement sideboard will be delivered. Hoping the replacement when it finally arrives is in better order. They've had our money for weeks now and we have not got anything to show for it. Disappointed to be honest.
