On this occasion satisfied with the order. Replacement of items was straight forward and prompt. Just had to forward email with photographs of faults and quality assurance label. Customer service reordered and sent email to print off pdf return labels. Just waiting for pre arranged pick up collection of goods for return. The small cupboard fits perfectly in space available. I will be using for storage of CDs. Provides a modern twist and complements existing furniture
