Requested a specific delivery period which was accommodated. Lots of online stores will not allow you to choose a delivery date and as it was going to a holiday home this was essential for us. Kept in touch with emails for delivery time and arrived when they said it would. Only knocked a star off as a bit more assembling required than we thought.
