I’ve used Roseland Furniture a few times now to buy various items of oak pieces for various rooms. Unfortunately 2 items arrived with minor cosmetic damage (small dents) presumably caused during manufacturing as the packaging was intact and undamaged. An email to Roseland in both instances was quickly answered with options of return or compensation. I chose the latter rather than go through the faff of packaging up a return for a relatively large piece of furniture. Again the refund was processed promptly, the same day in fact. Given the excellent customer service I would have no hesitation in using Roseland again in the future.
