I am pleased with the product and customer service. The only slight issue was that I was not made aware of a delivery date although I think that was more down to the courier than Roseland themselves. When I rang Roseland to enquire about this the operative was very pleasant and polite and told me to expect the delivery that day. A bit more notice would have been helpful but, as mentioned, this was perhaps not their fault.
