Extremely helpful via contact email and helped me work out when to order so I could be sure to be in. Very fast delivery in 4 working days as predicted. The bookcase I ordered was well made and looks very neat and I am very satisfied. To improve it still more you could consider at least one adjustable shelf and maybe include screws and rawl plugs for fixing safety strap to wall
