I cannot fault Roseland furniture for keeping me informed to when my furniture was available in stock. The quality is excellent, and was sent out quickly.
I do have a problem with the courier service, who emailed me to advice they would deliver between 5.17pm - 7.17pm.
I arrived home at 4.30pm to find they had already been and left the sideboard outside in the garden.
The weather was awful, very heavy downpours of rain and hail. Some of the packaging was soaked.
As I live on my own I could not lift it inside until I was able to get the help of a friend.
The courier delivered the sideboard at approx 4.15.
I was not impressed with this. Surely they could have let me know they would be early?
