Bought a dressing table set. On assembly, the brackets for the tilting mirror were clearly not correct, and so I contacted Roseland for support. I sent in photos to confirm what was wrong, and was told that the brackets would be sent out and I should receive them in 4-6 days. OK I thought, good service. I threw away the original packaging. The next day, I was emailed, telling me to contact Ben, and he would explain to me how the brackets could be used to set up the mirror. Clearly, a way of 'making do', rather than sending out the correct item in the first place. After 4 days of emails going back and forth, I eventually asked for a refund! Waiting for that now. I know it's not the end of the world, but a lot of time wasted and very poor customer service to have me running around after them to get it sorted when the error was theirs. Very reluctant to order from them again.
