I waited a week before receiving information from the delivery company. They notified me on the day, they would deliver between a 2 hour slot. It never came. Roseland said they would find out where it was. They didn't feed back, I had to ask. A further week later, I received another message from the delivery company, that I'd receive the item that day, within a 2 hour slot. Again, it didn't come.
On both occasions, I moved arrangements around to ensure I was able to receive delivery.
I requested a refund from Roseland and I am told they will refund me once they receive the order back!!! Not OK. Why should I have to wait for my money back. I have no furniture., my sons clothes are all over his bedroom floor.
