With most aspects of the process i am completely happy. While looking into the furniture i wanted the customer service help was excellent. Protection / packaging of the item was excellent. I am happy with the furniture now i have it in my house. One point of concern is that i was not notified about the delivery and only received an email informing me that the item wo.uld be delivered 24 hours after it was actually delivered. So it was pure chance that i happened to be at home to receive the item. The delivery people were extremely helpful and did a great job in moving the item into my home. There are other items of furniture i am looking to get and this particular aspect makes me less confident about making a repeat order
