I'm not happy as they knew I couldn't move till lockdown was finished & it'd be over 30days but they told me itd be fine as its exceptional circumstances but once moved & unpackaged goods, one item was damaged but they refused to do anything about it as it was over the 30days. Won't be using them again after this.
