This review is based solely on the misleading information on the website. It’s now 18 days since we ordered items that stated ‘in stock - delivery 5- 10 days’. We have moved to the UK from overseas and only ordered this furniture based on the availability and lead time. I’m assuming the fact that I have been sent this link to leave a review of the furniture indicates that I should have already received the items. My emails to customer service have been promptly answered but basically told that we have to wait. Under promise and over deliver should the mantra for all sellers - at this stage I’m ready to cancel the order.
