I am pleased with the furniture but Roseland’s Couriers XPD, were abysmal.! They ignored the message that Roseland sent telling them not to deliver before a certain date as I was away. They then delivered the Sideboard and dumped it outside my house, in my absence without obtaining a signature from any neighbours. It was therefore left to my elderly neighbours to drag a heavy sideboard to a safe place, with a great deal of difficulty to protect it from the elements and/or theft overnight. On my return, it then had to be moved again to my own house, again with a great deal of difficulty for myself and elderly neighbour. This is a very poor performance for a piece of furniture of value, XPD did not even wait to receive a signature or make sure it was in safe hands!
