I have always had good service from Roseland however I can 't say the same for the courier.
This item didn't arrive on the day I was informed and then it was left on my doorstep. As i am 63 and live on my own i asked if he would lift it over my step and into my porch which he refused and was quite rude about it. His reply was "I'm not risking my job. I have a family".
