Delivery information was very good and I was kept informed of the time of delivery ten minutes before.
Only problem was although I had a protective cover on my brand new hall carpet, the delivery man seemed to find an area that was not covered and left three grubby marks, which I had to scrub off after he left. Please remind delivery men to wipe their feet before entering ot
supply them with disposable over shoes, available from B&Q.
The quality of the bookcase is very good.
