Original order of furniture arrived damaged. Replacement put together badly and one leg detached. Customer Service wonderful, speedy and proactive. Rubbish firm tasked with collection of damaged original item. Failed to arrive on day / times they specified. No way of contacting them and still storing furniture.
A very disappointing experience.
