Had to chase for a delivery date, then when they did arrive all items were damaged. Roseland quickly agreed to exchange the items but were in no way interested in getting these items to me quickly.
Sometimes mistakes occur and things are damaged, that’s life, however how it’s dealt with is the measure of a companies customer service commitment…..
I won’t be using this company again as there are no shortage of furniture providers that provide equivalent quality with superior customer commitment.
