We had to get our first ordered coffee table replaced as it was so badly damaged in transit. Shame as the product seemed good. Communicating with Rosaland afterwards to arrange exchange was quite muddled, their support staff always seem to respond without having checked what had already agreed to remedy the situation. Roseland also told us we'd have to pay extra for the courier to unpack the replacement to ensure it wasn't In damaged, who seems unfair given our experience. In addition when the replacement was received the driver refused to take the old damaged repackaged unit back, so we've had to store that now and just hope they collect it. Somewhat of a muddled all round.
