Ordering was easy, we live locally and thought to try and support local business. However, the delivery was appalling in that the third party company they use failed to deliver on both allocated days (they missed the first one due to the driver exceeding driving time and the second time, after chasing, they advised that the item did not make it onto the van for that day). On calling Roseland many times, I was advised that they can only email the delivery company as they don't have phone lines working (several weeks of not working), so there was always a waiting period to hear back, on one occasion being told not to expect a reply that day.
I have now cancelled the order and despite being promised confirmation of the refund yesterday, have not heard anything and have yet again, sent an email asking what has happened.
Given that I live locally (within 1 mile), Roseland should have been a little more proactive in resolving the issue, by organising alternative delivery, and thereby ensuring positive customer experience and ongoing business, both from us and the local community. As it stands, I would not recommend them if you expect items to be delivered to you. We have purchased other, smaller items from them in the past and have always been pleased with the range and quality - this has really let them down.
