Good communication from company throughout process. Furniture arrived very quickly and is exactly what I wanted \ nice quality.
Only reason I haven't given 4 stars is that the delivery company were meant to deliver between 4:15pm to 6:15pm. I went out earlier but was back at the house for 3:45pm however when I got back the delivery company had already been and just left the items lying in the garden. Luckily it was a dry day and the furniture was un-damaged
