My items arrived damaged and looked very poor quality. After what felt like a seemless returns policy with arranging with their courier to collect he damaged items for a refund, the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged and I am still waiting for collection! I’m chasing this everyday and seem to get same response, that the item is due for collection by the courier. I’ve emailed everyday, if not twice a day and my stress levels are very high! Ive asked for a manager to address my complaint and I still haven’t had a satisfactory response to even suggest that it has been escalated to a manager! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
