Our experience has been very disappointing so far. We have only placed one order and the item arrived so badly damaged that it has to be returned. We are waiting to hear when the courier will arrive to collect it so that we can receive our refund. We also found it difficult to contact the delivery company to find out when the delivery would be. We would have preferred not to give a star rating until we find out how well and how quickly this return and refund will be handled.
