The book cases I ordered were just what I expected from the information on the website and look great. They were very well packaged and delivered well within a week. I used the help service once and got a prompt reply. The only thing I would have liked was better information on the expected delivery day as you have to wait in for such large pieces of furniture but I understand that this is in the hands of the company chosen to deliver things.
