Roseland as a company we’re very good at responding to my complaint and quickly arranged collection and refund of the damaged items. Great customer service. However, Roseland really need to investigate their warehouse / quality control. The items I received were badly damaged and there was no quality control stickers on the items, therefore I can only assume they didn’t go through checks before being packed, and I received a bad quality product. Roseland were great at sorting it out, but it does mean I will not purchase from Roseland again as I cannot trust the product.
