I was impressed by the appearance of the furniture and its delivery. The only problem I have is opening the doors on the cabinet. The mechanism is not the best. A fair amount of force is required. I would class that as a basic design fault, a cheap option. Sorry but I'm sure you want people to be brutally frank.
