Furniture arrived on time and well packaged - there was a slight damage to the bottom front of the sideboard Roseland apologised and offered either a replacement or £50 refund. The colour wasn't quite what I'd envisaged, however, Roseland agreed to take the furniture back and give a full refund (colour has since grown on me and we've kept it). The only thing I can think of I would have liked would be a paint colour sample for the painted furniture. I would definitely order from them again, and intend to do so.
