Ordered a Padstow bookcase after reading all the positive reviews about Roseland. Was a bit apprehensive about buying online without seeing the product. Ordering was easy; communications on dispatch kept me updated; delivery guys called in advance with an ETA and were courteous and professional. When I unwrapped the bookcase (which was really well wrapped) I was really pleased with my choice and the quality. On closer inspection there were a couple of minor imperfections that I immediately flagged to Roseland who dealt with the situation the same day to my satisfaction. Love my bookcase; pleased I made the decision to purchase; dropped 1 star purely because of my disappointment with the imperfections that had got through quality control. Cannot fault Roseland with the sensible way they dealt with my complaint. Based on this - I would buy from them again.
