It was delivered in to my garden with no advance notice from the courier service. They did not tell me it was out for delivery or that it had been delivered. It sat in my garden for a night before it was seen by my neighbour as I was away. Once home I unpacked the item and it was damaged in several places. When I contacted Roseland they asked me to look for the quality control label so they could see who had checked it before shipped, no label, no one had checked it. Returning it was a headache and I had to chase to get it collected while it took up space in my living room. A poor quality product and the customer service was no better. I would not recommend.
