My only complaint would be that I bought my item online and paid the money but was a bit worried when I heard nothing past the first email saying that I had placed the order etc. I could not find any contact details other than a generic contact me email which I used to chase up information. However my email was answered promptly it would just be nice to be kept automatically updated on the progress of an order
