Item arrived damaged, obviously not been properly checked before despatch,it didn't happen in transit as the part was protected by the top and sides of table.
No excuse for this,and contacting Customer Service is a joke.
Will not use again
Carriers you use are also rubbish,you book a time and date for return and they don't turn up,and this is nothing to do with the current situation,by reviews on Trust Pilot this has been going on a long time.
