I received my unit very promptly. The delivery man was so nice and very helpful..it was a heavy item and was only supposed to deliver it to inside my door..which I had accepted..but he asked where it was going and I told him spare bedroom so he put it in there for me..its a ground floor apartment so was an easy task..but as I live alone I very much appreciated his help. The item was really well packed and when I finally got it all done it looks lovely. The quality is outstanding..and for the price I paid I am extremely pleased.
