The service and delivery were good and I am pleased with the book case. My complaint is that the book case was securely wrapped and the deliverers said that they were not allowed to unpack it (in the garage as we hoped). Instead it was left in the hall, where my husband and I had to unpack it ourselves. This was heavy work.
