Loved the item of furniture but it was scratched and the paint wasn’t great in some places. As I did like it I agreed £25 reduction from an item costing £159. I did hope for more but agreed in the end as I didn’t want to return and run the risk of a replacement being worse. If I hadn’t liked the item and colour so much I would have taken a full refund.
