Ordered a Chichester large bookcase.
It arrived damaged. We managed to repair it ourselves
and was offered a £40 refund, which we accepted.
Ordered a 2nd one, because they were positioned either side
of a fireplace in our study.
It arrived so badly damaged it was beyond repair.
Told I have to wait 12 weeks for a replacement!!!!
Very very disappointed
Would not use this Company again.
