My furniture was cancelled as it was damaged and not fit to send I did find the email that followed a bit curt, also telling me I might have to wait 10 days for a refund. I phoned up , spoke to a nice lady who processed the refund then and I got my money back in 2 days. Very grateful for that
Amazing how it can be done so quickly as I would rather have my money in my bank account accruing i retest rather than yours when product could not be supplied but i was sad not to get the product but am sure i will use your company again in the future
