I ordered a marble table - missed an entire day at work awaiting its arrival - however the first one arrived broken so I contacted customer service which arranged for me to have another one delivered. I waited another day four of the new table to arrive, that table was also broken. I contacted customer service again to have my money back… they said they couldn’t give me my money back until they had both tables at their depot and also first requested hundreds of pictures of both tables before even arranging a collection. When the item was due to be collected I waited another day but no one came. I didn’t contact the customer service again and said I was not happy with their service and they swiftly arranged the first table to be collected but also said that they could collect the second one at the same time if the driver would say that this was fine. Driver was friendly and collected the item. I Then contacted customer service again saying that I know I wanted my money back but they claimed not to have both tables in the system so therefore I would have to wait. The next day I had a new collection appointment set up for me - I contacted customer service again And told them that the driver had collected both items on the same location. They cancel that collection, and now a few days later I’ve had a new collection email from the Company. This is been the worst shopping experience of my lifetime. I have been shopping online for the past 25 years and I have never ever experienced customer service this bad. I am so upset and disappointed. And yes… I’m still waiting for my refund.
