Excellent communication and customer service. The drawers we ordered are excellent. The second piece of furniture we ordered was not delivered although it had been sent to the delivery company. It was apparently damaged but the delivery company did not communicate with us at all. After emailing Roseland Customer Services, Natasha replied immediately, contacted the delivery company and after finding the item had been damaged we were offered a refund, which was done the same day.
