We ordered a Chichester Grey Corner unit and upon arrival we soon realised that it was damaged and notified Roseland immediately. Although our choice of colour was now out of stock we were notified as soon as one became available. The courier used however was not great and the furniture was delivered and left on an elderly neighbours drive and the first we knew about this was a text message. The replacement corner unit was delivered promptly and it really is a superb quality piece of furniture. Dawn from the customer services team dealt with our issues and resolved the matter to our satisfaction.
