We had no problem with the exchange of a damaged tv unit. Everything went smoothly enough apart from the fact we had to buy bubble wrap to return the damaged unit.
I would like to say how disappointed I was to discover only a week later the unit was reduced by nearly £70 very upsetting. Also it didn’t go down well that you had the audacity to offer me £40 to keep the damaged unit as one of your choices when corresponding about the damage. What do you think?
