Great product and I have ordered another item but very unsatisfactory despatch/delivery process.
Please stop using Tuffnells. They are hopeless in terms of advising you when your item will be delivered and have a very strange tracking system which is useless. Also, the driver just dumped the package on my front step without as much as a good morning.
Why are you not using DPD or Hermes?
