I ordered a piece of bedroom furniture on 22/11/21 and was emailed on 24/11/21 to say it had been shipped (with no tracking number). After waiting 12 days (8-12 working day delivery lead time) and not receiving it, I contacted Roseland Furniture to be told DHL can’t locate it-would I like a refund! Did this really happen or did Roseland furniture sell out despite its web site saying “only 5 left”. Not a happy customer. Only gave 1 star because the furniture suited my needs perfectly.
