Very good. Ordered a TV unit and it arrived within a couple of weeks. I did email a few times as hadn't heard when delivery was going to be and had no option to choose online and received prompt replies. I love the unit. I ordered the London Oak version and am very pleased with it.
The only feedback I have is that they could offer a timed delivery service for the customer to choose when delivery will be. I wouldn't have minded paying a little extra for this.
